## Terms & Conditions # Effective Date: 10.01.2025 We like to keep things simple. Here’s how it works when you work with Nerd.biz: --- # Refunds Not happy? No problem. If you’re not completely satisfied within the first 3 weeks of us working together, we’ll refund what you paid. In return, we’ll remove the work we did and part ways. We’d prefer to fix the issue and keep moving forward, but at the end of the day—it’s your call. --- # Billing & Payments We bill monthly in advance. Payments can be made by credit card or ACH. If you need to pause or cancel, you can do that anytime before your next billing cycle and you won’t be charged again. --- # Pausing & Canceling Need to take a break? Cool. You can pause anytime and pick back up later. No penalties, no hidden fees. Want to cancel completely? Just let us know before the next billing date and it’s done. --- # Intellectual Property Once you’ve paid for a month, the work delivered in that month is yours—no strings attached. If you cancel or refund before the 3-week mark, that work belongs to us and will be removed. --- # Confidentiality We take your ideas seriously. Anything you share with us—plans, code, designs, or strategy—stays private. We won’t use it, share it, or leak it. Period. --- # What We Don’t Do We’re here to build. That means writing clean, tested code, and shipping features fast. We’re not your HR department, not your legal team, and we don’t take on projects involving anything illegal, unethical, or harmful. --- # Availability & Communication We don’t sit in daily standups. You’ll still always know what’s happening. Expect regular updates where the work happens (GitHub, GitLab, Trello, etc.). If something’s unclear, send us a Loom, write some notes—we’ll get it. --- # Termination Either of us can walk away anytime. You’re not locked in, and neither are we. If it’s not a good fit, we’d rather be honest and part ways than drag things out. --- # Changes to These Terms We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, we’ll post the updated version on our site. By continuing to work with us, you’re agreeing to the latest version. --- # Bottom Line We want this to be straightforward, fair, and productive. You bring the idea and the budget, we’ll bring the code and the speed.
